By accessing or purchasing from Haus of Vilin, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products
We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, materials and finishes accurately. Appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and the nature of individual products.
Personalization
Customers are responsible for checking all names, dates, wording, spelling and other personalization details before submitting an order.
Personalized products may enter production shortly after an order is placed. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability issues or errors affecting an order. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Pricing
Prices displayed on our website may change without notice. The applicable price is the price displayed when an order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors where permitted by law.
Payment
Payment must be successfully completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout before an order can be processed.
Shipping
Processing and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing and peak periods.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haus of Vilin will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
